Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Low Tech Leads Bootcamp - We are so confident that you will reap the rewards and benefits of this home study program that we offer the following 90-Day ACTION-BASED Money Back Guarantee (Plus up to an extra $200 to reimburse your ad spend). The conditions of this guarantee are based on the student meeting the following 3 criteria:

1. The customer must watch 100% of all videos in the 4 modules of the main home study course and complete all provided worksheets and resources in their entirety; and

2. The customer must activate a 30-day free trial to the inner circle coaching program and attend (or watch the recording of) at least 2 of the bi-monthly group coaching calls which occur on the first and third Thursday of every month. If the date or time of these calls change, the customer will always be notified at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise, the schedule is constant in that the call on the first Thursday of every month is at 8pm Eastern and the call on the third Thursday of every month is at 2pm Eastern; and

3. The customer must spend at least $100 on Facebook Ads and the ads must comply with our message frameworks provided in the course. The student must spend at least $30 (spread out over 4-5 days) on his/her first test to gather data. If the results are not satisfactory after the first launch, the student must make changes to the ad following the guidelines provided in module 4 of the course and then spend another $30 on a revised version of the ad (also spread out over 4-5 days). If the results are still not satisfactory after the 2nd attempt, the student must submit the ad for review on one of our LIVE coaching calls and then spend another $40 re-launching the ad a third time with the exact changes that were specified on the LIVE coaching call (also this ad spend must be spread out over 4-5 days). Review submissions must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the call by filling out the form provided in the inner circle section of the members’ website. The student should understand that while paid traffic is not a requirement to achieve results with this program, it is a requirement to achieve results quickly which is why these conditions must be met if the student wishes to take advantage of the money back guarantee (plus up to $200 to reimburse ad spend). Free traffic is "free" because it costs time instead of dollars. So in order for us to determine these methods worked for your business in the short time frame promised, paid ads would be required if you wish to take advantage of the guarantee. We consider these terms to be fair since the money you would receive back from this guarantee would cover the cost of your ads should they not produce the results we claim they will produce. If, however your ads do produce the results we promise, then your business should be making a return on that advertising investment which means the money spent on ads is not an expense at all, but rather an investment with the potential for monetary return and business growth. Those who do not wish to invest in their business should not purchase this program.

The submitted screenshots and links must clearly demonstrate that you met these 3 requirements. If not, we may request a quick zoom call where we will jointly verify that you met all the requirements and followed the system as taught. We will have you log-in to your Facebook account so that we can see the details of your account history, ads, analytics and reports.

If the student implements the above three requirements and is still not satisfied with the results of the program, a full refund along with the additional, up-to-$200 credit may be issued within 90 days of the purchase date.

If the student chooses the installment plan to pay for this course, we will only reimburse the installments paid (plus the reimbursement of your ad costs up to $200). Students who choose the installment plan must make all payments on time in order to qualify for the additional reimbursement credit.

In order for a refund to be issued, the student must submit the refund request form at this URL within 90 days of the purchase date providing evidence that all three requirements have been met (including screenshots of the ads, worksheets and billing receipts from the ad network)

No refunds will be issued after 90 days of the purchase date.

In the event that a customer claims/believes the website is not working, or malfunctioning, or their log-in details are not working or any other technical issue where the product is not accessible inside of the members website, we will require a video screensharing call to be scheduled with the customer to verify these claims and/or walk the customer through the proper workaround. If we are not able to duplicate these issues or if we are not able to offer a solution that ultimately results in gaining access, only then will a refund of the amount paid be issued after we have verified these claims on a LIVE video screensharing call between the customer and one of our support reps.

Refunds are issued based on the above requirements, and refunds will not be issued based on any other circumstances, including but not limited to customers changing their mind; unforeseen financial circumstances; medical emergencies; family emergencies; inability to implement the program due to unforeseen circumstances; technical issues that have not first been verified by our support team via a LIVE screensharing call, or any other reasons outside of the aforementioned criteria.

This is a home study course that is purchased as a one-time transaction. The nature of the course is such that once the customer has consumed the information within, they cannot "give" that information back. By purchasing the product, you agree that these provisions are fair and reasonable.

Only responsible adults over the age of 18 are permitted to purchase our home study products. It is advised that if an individual is considering the purchase of our product for any reason other than a genuine desire to get results BY PUTTING THIS TRAINING INTO ACTION, they should refrain from purchasing the product in the first place.

Finally, while we do offer a 3-payment installment option, you acknowledge when selecting this 3-payment option, that it is NOT a "subscription" that can be cancelled. If you choose the 3-payment installment plan, there is a contractual obligation on your part to fulfill all 3-payments on time (the date of each installment can be found directly on the order form). We will not pause, stop or alter the schedule of these installments. If your card on file fails to be charged successfully for one or more of these installments, our system will automatically put a suspension on the account, locking you out of your product access until the installment has been applied successfully.

Any individual found requesting serial or repeated refunds will be prohibited from further participation in all our programs and offers. Customers that violate the terms of use of our policies may have their right to a refund revoked.

All product prices are listed in US dollars.  The customer assumes all responsibilities for calculating conversion rates to other currencies and any additional fees by third parties including but not limited to credit card and banking fees.

You acknowledge that we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card rules, ACH industry rules, federal law, state law, local law, and any other applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
