The conditions of this guarantee are based on the student meeting the following 5 criteria:
1. The customer must watch 100% of all videos in the 5 modules of the main home study course and complete all provided worksheets and resources in their entirety;
2. The customer must activate a 30-day free trial to the inner circle coaching program and attend (or watch the recording of) at least two of the bi-monthly group coaching calls which occur on the first and third Thursday of every month. If the date or time of these calls change, the customer will always be notified at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise, the schedule is constant in that the call on the first Thursday of every month is at 8pm Eastern and the call on the third Thursday of every month is at 2pm Eastern;
3. The customer must participate in our private Facebook group
at this URL by sharing progress at least once a week (for a total of four posts) during the customer’s 30-day free trial to the inner circle;
4. The customer must spend at least $300 on ads on either Facebook or Google (or a combination of the two) and the ads must comply with our message frameworks provided in the course. The student must spend at least $100 on his/her first test to gather data. If the results are not satisfactory after the first launch, the student must make changes to the ad following the guidelines provided in module 3 of the course and then spend another $100 on a revised version of the ad. If the results are still not satisfactory after the 2nd attempt, the student must submit the ad for review on one of our LIVE coaching calls and then spend another $100 re-launching the ad a third time with the exact changes that were specified on the LIVE coaching call. Review submissions must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the call by filling out the form provided in the inner circle section of the members’ website. The student should understand that while paid traffic is not a requirement to achieve results with this program, it is a requirement to achieve results quickly which is why these conditions must be met if the student wishes to take advantage of the "double your money back" guarantee. Free traffic is "free" because it costs time instead of dollars. So in order for us to determine these methods worked for your business in the short time frame promised, paid ads would be required if you wish to take advantage of the "double your money back" guarantee. We consider these terms to be fair since the money you would receive back from this guarantee would more than cover the $300 cost of your ads should they not produce the results we claim they will produce. If, however your ads do produce the results we promise, then your business should be making a return on that advertising investment which means the money spent on ads is not an expense at all, but rather an investment with the potential for monetary return and business growth. Those who do not wish to invest in their business should not purchase this program; and
5. The student must document his/her action and implementation steps. This will be a quick web meeting where we will jointly verify that you met all the requirements and followed the system as taught. We will have you log-in to your Facebook and/or Adwords advertising account so that we can see the details of your account history, ads, analytics and reports.
If the student implements the above five requirements and is still not satisfied with the results of the program, a full refund along with the additional “double your money back” credit may be issued within 90 days of the purchase date.
If the student chooses the installment plan to pay for this course, we will only reimburse and double the installments paid. Students who choose the installment plan must make all payments on time in order to qualify for the additional “double your money back” credit.
In order for a refund to be issued, the student must submit the refund request form

No refunds will be issued after 90 days of the purchase date.
In the event that a customer claims/believes the website is not working, or malfunctioning, or their log-in details are not working or any other technical issue where the product is not accessible inside of the members website, we will require a video screensharing call to be scheduled with the customer to verify these claims and/or walk the customer through the proper workaround. If we are not able to duplicate these issues or if we are not able to offer a solution that ultimately results in gaining access, only then will a refund of the amount paid (not the additional “double your money" credit) be issued after we have verified these claims on a LIVE video screensharing call between the customer and one of our support reps.
Refunds are issued based on the above requirements, and refunds will not be issued based on any other circumstances, including but not limited to customers changing their mind; unforeseen financial circumstances; medical emergencies; family emergencies; inability to implement the program due to unforeseen circumstances; technical issues that have not first been verified by our support team via a LIVE screensharing call, or any other reasons outside of the aforementioned criteria.
This is a home study course that is purchased as a one-time transaction. The nature of the course is such that once the customer has consumed the information within, they cannot "give" that information back. By purchasing the product, you agree that these provisions are fair and reasonable.

Finally, while we do offer a 3-payment installment option, you acknowledge when selecting this 3-payment option, that it is NOT a "subscription" that can be cancelled. If you choose the 3-payment installment plan, there is a contractual obligation on your part to fulfill all 3-payments on time (the date of each installment can be found directly on the order form).
