After entering your credit card details on our secure order form, you will immediately enter into a 3-day free-trial where you will gain access to module ONE of the course. The 3-day free trial starts at the time the order is submitted; NOT when the customer logs in. If the customer cannot find his welcome email with the log-in details, they can be re-sent by filling out the "forgot password" box on our log-in page: members.ultimatemarketingformula.com or by sending in a support ticket to Support@SuccessWithTyson.com. You may cancel at any time during your first 3 days by emailing Support@SuccessWithTyson.com. If you do not notify us of cancellation via email, your card will automatically be charged one payment of $597 USD. The remaining modules of the course will be unlocked after your payment is processed successfully. Once the customers payment has processed, the "no questions asked" refund period is over and exceptions will NOT be made for any reason including but not limited to the customer forgot to cancel or did not log-in, or did not access the material immediately or did not receive the welcome email or any other reason outside of sending the cancellation request prior to the end of the 3-day free trial. The ony way to receive a refund after the 3-day free trial is to meet the requirements of the 45-day Action Based refund policy listed below.
In addition to the 3-day free trial, we also offer the following 45-day ACTION BASED Refund policy. Your 45-day window starts on the date that you begin your free trial (not on the date of your first payment). If you follow each of the steps and homework of the program and document the actions taken to fulfill all program requirements, which includes: 1. Completing the "Promised Land Story" found in module ONE. 2. Filling out the "New Day Journey Worksheet" provided in module TWO; 3. Your choice between spending at least $100 on ads (Facebook or YouTube) or creating a minimum of 3 content videos following the formula taught in module FOUR (your videos can be Facebook LIVE broadcasts or pre-recorded videos that you upload to Facebook and/or YouTube);4. Participating in at least one Inner Circle group video conference calls (these coaching calls occur on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month) by submitting your work for review on at least 1 occasion using the submission request form in the inner circle members website.
If you implement the above four requirements and are still not satisfied with the results of the program, a refund may be issued within 45 days of the initial order date. In order for a refund to be issued, we will require proof of action taken consistent with the program (send screenshots and links). No refunds will be issued after 45 days of the initial order. We also offer up to $100 reimbursement on Facebook advertising spend if you are unhappy with your results. To receive this reimbursement, the member must provide proof (including screenshots of the ads, links to the post(s) that were run as ads, and billing receipts from Facebook) that he/she has spent money on Facebook ads following the post creation and targeting training in the course. To receive this reimbursement, the customer must submit the following form at https://successwithtyson.com/eam-refund and provide proof (including screenshots of the ads, links to the post(s) that were run as ads, and billing receipts from Facebook) that he/she has spent money on Facebook ads following the post creation and targeting training in the course. Please note, if the buyer is caught downloading video content without completely watching, no refund will be given regardless of the 45-day refund period.
In the event that a customer claims/believes the website is not working, or malfunctioning, or their log-in details are not working or any other technical issue where the product is not accessible inside of the members website, we will require a video screensharing call to be scheduled with the customer to verify these claims and/or walk the customer through the proper workaround. If we are not able to duplicate these issues or if we are not able to offer a solution ultimately results in gaining access, only then will a refund be issued after we have verified these claims on a LIVE video screensharing call between the customer and one of our support reps.
Refunds are issued based on the above requirements, and refunds will not be issued based on other circumstances, including but not limited to customers changing their mind; unforeseen financial circumstances; medical emergencies; family emergencies; inability to implement the program due to unforeseen circumstances; technical issues that have not first been verified by our support team via a LIVE screensharing call, or any other reasons outside of the aforementioned criteria.
This is a home study course that is purchased as a one-time transaction. The nature of the course is such that once the customer has consumed the information within, they cannot "give" that information back. By purchasing the product, you agree that these provisions are fair and reasonable.
Only responsible adults over the age of 18 are permitted to purchase our home study products. It is advised that if an individual is considering the purchase of our product for any reason other than a genuine desire to get results BY PUTTING THIS TRAINING INTO ACTION, they should refrain from purchasing the product in the first place.
Finally, while we do offer a 3-payment installment option, you acknowledge by checking the box below that this is not a "subscription" that can be cancelled. If you choose the 3-payment installment plan, there is a contractual obligation on your part to fulfill all 3-payments (the payments are spaced 30 days apart each after the initial charge has been processed). We will not pause, stop or alter the schedule of these installments. If your card on file fails to be charged successfully for one or more of these installments, our system will automatically put a suspension on the account, locking you out of your product access until the installment has been applied successfully.
Any individual found requesting serial or repeated refunds will be prohibited from further participation in all our programs and offers. Customers that violate the terms of use of our policies may have their right to a refund revoked.
All product prices are listed in US dollars. The customer assumes all responsibilities for calculating conversion rates to other currencies and any additional fees by third parties including but not limited to credit card and banking fees.
You acknowledge that we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card rules, ACH industry rules, federal law, state law, local law, and any other applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
